Daniel Neves

Daniel spent 15 years in the Brazilian Army, trained in logistics and administration, and left as a Lieutenant to build companies. Since then he has founded and run seven businesses across services, technology, retail and human resources, led teams of up to 22 people and grew THE Consulting by more than 200% from its first to its second year. Since 2024 he operates from Florida, where he opened two businesses.

His training didn't start at a business school. It started in the Army, in 1998, where he learned in practice that results come from process, clear hierarchy and daily discipline. In 2013, still in the Army, he started his first business with two childhood friends; by 2015 RCAF, a building-management and facilities company, had grown enough that he requested leave to dedicate himself to business.

Then came THE Consulting, THE Tech, THE System and a Di Santinni footwear franchise, where he built a retail team of 17. Industries with little in common. What repeats in all of them is his specialty: structuring the business, taking it to market and building teams that work.
